CRITERIA
Washington County ATHENA Award Nominees must meet each of the following three criteria:

Have achieved the highest level of professional excellence.

Contribute time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.

Actively assist others, particularly women, in realizing their full leadership potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
Washington County ATHENA Award nominees, male or female, may represent either the profit or not-for-profit sector and must work or live in Washington County.

Previous Washington County ATHENA Award recipients are not eligible for nomination, however past nominees may be nominated again.

There is no minimum or maximum age qualification that must be met by Washington County ATHENA Award nominees.

Nominations for the Washington County ATHENA Award must be submitted using this nomination form and format.

Deadline for application submissions is Friday, March 1, 2024 by 4:00 p.m.
THE PROCESS
A selection committee, made up of a diverse group of community leaders, will review all nominations and select the nominees to be interviewed. After the interview process is complete, finalists will be selected and the recipient of the Washington County ATHENA Award will be announced on:
